What is the Freshness Guarantee?

All of the natural products that I sell have been fully inspected by the United States Government, are fresh and none of any of the products have an expired date.
The shipments are also inspected before they ship and if for any reason you have any problem with the freshness due to weather conditions and mailing transit time, all you have to do is email me and I will correct the problem right away.

How does combined shipping on multiple orders work?

The shipping total that is seen on your check out page is ACTUAL and it is based on the combined weight of all of the products that you order as if it were one product order. This saves the base rate on each product. There is a $5.00 handling fee added to the order and that is all.

How long does it take to prepare your order?

The domestic handling time is 2 working days. Please allow 5 working days before a major holiday to make sure your gift package reaches it’s destination on time.

What do I do about damaged items?

Our goal is to satisfy you. If a shipment is damaged please notify the driver or contact UPS. UPS will arrange for a local examiner to inspect the package and then determine the best method of correcting the situation. If something about a individual item within your PetPack™ is not right, please return the item to us, and well promptly replace it.

What is your cancellation policy?

Due to the customized nature of PetPacks™, all sales are final.

What is your return policy?

We will happily remedy problems with damaged items. Return the item to us, along with a copy of your order and we'll promptly replace the defective item.

Are PetPacks™ goodies and chews safe?

All of our chew toys are considered safe, but depending on your pet's chewing habits, he should not be left unsupervised. However, if you have any concerns, you should consult your veterinarian for a professional opinion prior to purchase.

Is rawhide beneficial for my pet?

YES! Rawhide is a safe, natural and effective way to help reduce tarter build-up, while promoting healthier teeth and gums. In addition, it's a great way for your pet to exercise his jaws, especially during puppyhood. Clinical tests have shown that not only does rawhide have a proven cleaning effect, but clean teeth also mean less "doggie-breath." In addition, by chewing rawhide, one may reduce and save costs related to your pet's dentistry.

Being high in protein content, rawhide is considered a healthy addition to your diet. Although, it should not be substituted for food or a food supplement and should be given in moderation.

In our puppyhood, chewing helps to relieve the discomforts of new tooth growth, and helps develop our jaws, while when we get older, chewing may relieve boredom, stress, frustration and anxiety.

Will your flavored rawhide goodies and treats ruin or stain carpeting?

Some rawhide treats have a flavored coating that will stain carpeting. We recommend that you offer your friend treats where they can enjoy them without the worry of staining carpets, furniture or other valuables.

How long a rawhide bone last?

Rawhide has an almost unlimited shelf life as long as it is kept away from moisture. However, you may want to store them in an air-tight container to eliminate any odors which may occur and keep them nice and tasty until your friend is ready to enjoy a treat.
